Todd Cooper is a Partner of Sagamore Hill.  Mr. Cooper is also a Partner of RIPCO Real Estate, which he co-founded with Peter Ripka in 1991. Over the past 28 years Messrs. Cooper and Ripka have grown RIPCO into the largest independent retail leasing and management firm in the New York metro area with five offices, in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut, and over 100 employees and agents.

During the course of his career, Mr. Cooper has completed thousands of leases with a wide range of national, regional and local tenants.  When he’s not overseeing the leasing and management activities at RIPCO, Mr. Cooper enjoys mentoring and coaching his team.

Before co-founding RIPCO, Mr. Cooper was VP of Leasing at Kimco Realty Co. He has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1993 and he holds a B.S. from Syracuse University.
